Woman to command a US combat unit formally
Gen. Lori Robinson took over from the US Northern Command Air Force Friday, becoming the first 
woman to command a US combat unit.

The post is one of the highest positions in the US Army and makes Robinson, who led by the US Air Force in the Pacific, the highest general oversees the activities in North America and will be defending the internal security responsibility.
